As the title shown, my Golly can not open normally.

That error seems to imply that your problem lies with your GollyPrefs file. I believe in Windows it's located in %AppData%/Golly, and on Linux it's under ~/.golly

Scroll down for a bit and you'll find a chunk of "named_rule" entries. For me, the entries start at line 261, directly after the rule= line. Ensuring that all of the named_rule= lines are well-formatted (e.g. named_rule=LifeHistory|LifeHistory) should allow you to launch Golly successfully.
