I think this could potentially be useful for more than just p11. There might be ways to adapt these to other periods such as p19.
I haven't managed to complete it yet, but I thought I'd post it in case anyone sees a way to finish it or adapt it to another period.

Also, @eRroR_6o6, is there a different name you would like to be referred to as on the wiki in general?
If I get added to the wiki, I think I'd rather have my name consistent across platforms. Besides, I've been mentioned on the wiki before (p44 pi-heptomino hassler period quintupler), and so far I've been fine with that.

I can see how it is slightly different- but is that enough to make it a “different hassler”, or make them both merely variants of the same one? And is what I have put out already known?

I found another p11 honey farm hassler! It produces the same predecessor, but in a different way. It also seems like only the other version of the honey farm can stabilize it on either side:

Alternative version of the higher-clearance P36 traffic jam, originally found in B35y/S23 but also works in normal Life:

and I'm wondering what other existing reactions can do this with high clearance. Tubs and boats can do this but they usually don't have very good clearance.
If you would like to know, the lanes of dead cells between the extended or shortened are called “gutters,” and the way you are thinking is an extension of this concept. I also think it would be cool if we collected the oscillators that used this.

I think this might be my first p11 discovery, and it's actually useful! I've been trying to make a reasonably accessible p11 domino sparker for a while, because the P11 domino sparker was more inaccessible. So when I found a moderate p11 domino from a p11 honey farm hassler, I worked on making the spark more accessible. I later found a higher-clearance reaction with very common objects, but I couldn't find ways to make them p11 for a while. But today, I finally got the recovery working with a beehive predecessor! It was surprisingly easy, and somehow the beehive acts kind of like an eater 1 with the other honey farm.
Edit: I found a reduction using a p11 signal fizzle!
I found an almost-working activation for my p11 pipsquirter partial! I found a period-5 reaction called Hooks, whose front looked very similar to the Diamondback's. Then I tried editing it to activate my pipsquirter, and somehow it almost became a working p11 and I got this:
x = 20, y = 20, rule = B3/S23

Move cell 11,12 one cell down and make cell 12,13 alive at generation 9, then move cell 13,12 one cell southeast at generation 10, and it actually becomes p11! I'm not sure if these two changes can be produced naturally, but if they can (likely with another billiard table), this might finally complete the p11 pipsquirter after all my months of work.

Here's a period-21 pentadecathlon hassler of sorts. The base p21 hassling reaction was found by Hotcrystal0 (in Symbiosis) and completed in CGOL by me.
