New simpler mechanism. With just one reset it's the new smallest. A second reset makes the period doubler unusable

It's unnamed. "r1x" means "one reset". I thought about "rotifer" but that'd be too many new names for variations of one thing and i don't even like rotifers

Currently working to improve Life's guns and work on updating SKOPs and Isotropic rules most similar to B3/S23 to Life standards. Will get software to begin searches eventually.
