Code: Select all

Error: Server returned 400 Invalid Parameters!
As I'm trying to search for a completely valid speed.
Everything is fixed now.
I manage the 5S project, which collects all known spaceship speeds in certain rulespaces.

Do you mind showing an image of the website, including the console? Also, what browser and device are you on?

The SSL certificate expired. You can safely override that as you are not sending passwords and the like over the connection.

For those who are only on the Forums, 5S has still been progressing, with discussion mostly on Discord, since updates are so rapid and sizable that it'd be hard to translate into this setting. INT Generations has a lot of open room for improvement, as there is no tool like LLS to cover and minimize low-medium period speeds with. EPE has managed to cover a decent number of things, but (5,1)c/6 is still unknown, for example. Other sections like R2 HROT are also pretty underexplored.

Unfortunately in INT (7,1)c/8 and 9c/10 are *still* proving hard to find.
The torch of 5S has been passed on again, and is now managed by speedydelete. It can be found here. Also check out my program EPE, a tool for searching for patterns in various rulespaces.

Sparse 9c/10 puffer, found by taking a partial result and repeatedly greedily picking the rule from all adjacent rules that got the deepest at a fixed width in LLSSS. Not quite a ship, but still a pretty big step. If anyone has any good ideas for making headway from here, please give it a go.

Edit 1:
Ampere found a small 18c/20 puffer which can be easily corderized to form the first 18c/20. This can easily be optimized. There is probably a 2 engine stabilization, and the spacings and pops of the ships and the puffer can be tightened up.

Due to a bug, the INT obliques file was wiped. The last backup appears to be at 2026-09-25 18:00:00 UTC, so all oblique ships submitted after that date are lost. The server is temporarily down while I fix this and also do a few other things that I should've done a while ago. After it gets back online, can everyone please re-submit all oblique spaceships submitted to INT after the above time?

The server is back up now, everything seems to work, but I could've broken something.

Changes:
- Fixed the bug that caused data to be wiped.
- It's now actually usable on mobile!
- The period maps are now much better and show the c/2o-c/3d and c/2o-c/4d speed limit lines.

The first one is intentional to reduce server load, I'm going to fix the second.
