How it works:
On -A episodes, a Google Forms will be put on this post on this thread. Everyone voting will rank the transitions to add or remove to the rule from best to worst.
On -B episodes, the sender of the worst-performing transition will be eliminated. The best-performing transition will be added/removed to the rule. Then, a Google Forms will be put on this post on this thread. It will consist of asking for the gamecode, and then what transition to add to [whatever rule we end up getting]. If the gamecode does not belong to anyone, belongs to an eliminated contestant, or is a duplicate for an already-sent response, then that response will be ignored. Also, near the end we will do testimonials.
On 0B, a Google Forms will be sent out asking for the nickname (what you are called for the rest of YROC), your gamecode, your transition to add/remove to life, and then finally a question asking you why you want to compete in YROC.
For tie-handling, I will use a random number generator.
You cannot remove transitions that were just added, or vice versa. Any attempt at doing so will automatically get your response rejected.
For not sending responses, you can only miss a response once (unless you have an emergency like a hurricane or something like that, in which case I will be lenient)
