Define a live cell as a grid square at least 25% covered by breadcrumbs.

Yes it's pareidolia, "the tendency for perception to impose a meaningful interpretation on a nebulous stimulus, usually visual, so that one detects an object, pattern, or meaning where there is none." However, it really did leap out at me.

Update: Using somewhat subjective criteria, I am also going to claim that the glider's path is at least initially unimpeded. I need to abuse the rules a little to get rid of that spark just below it, which stands out visually and probably should be assigned to a live cell
