A: because lightbulbs are oscillators that give off clarint sparks, we need to find a way to get these sparks to interact with eachother and the lightbulb bases to create a sir robin. fortunately, in 2014, unname4671 discovered a 17-lightbulb reaction that created a version of the sir robin which could be easily stabilized by another lightbulb, so to answer your question, it takes 18 lightbulbs to make a sir robin.
