As far as I know, the procrastinator sequence doesn't have any accepted "official" generation or orientation. In other words, procrastinator is not well-defined as a "conduit input/output" active object.
Therefore, it's currently impossible to answer whether a conduit [edit: that consumes or produces a procrastinator] is "F" or "Fx" or "R" or "Rx" or "L" or "Lx" or "B" or "Bx", and it's currently impossible to answer how many ticks the conduit takes to transform the input object into the output object.

Another object that could use this, even though it is not naturally common, is the object in the jubjub reflector and the speed tunnel that often comes about because of a pi, but the pi is often not technically part of the conduit because part of it replaces a loaf that was originally deleted.

However I found another way to get the B output with better clearance, the NE Glider and an edgy HF.
