A user PM'd me to an oscillator collection they compiled in the early 2010s at http://www.parvarium.com/CA_patterns/patterns.js]. This collection is in Life 1.05 format and will need to be compared to ours.

This is the latest collection I have right now. Perhaps I should return to compiling the small ones.

I could make a script to convert them all to RLE if that would be valuable. To be clear it is the collection that is that old, which is why it's in an idiosyncratic format with S before B, but most of the patterns are later updates. Of the original set the most interesting are probably the small p2s in rules with no p1s; besides the ones LaundryPizza03 posted there are:

Right, same as Eppstein's glider.db. I made an export that is supposed to be available here but unfortunately the site is down right now. I've attached a static copy here rather than keep you waiting. I hope it's of some use.

Thinking more about oscillators with very few cells I also had an idea for something new to try. In rules with B2, little symmetrical patterns like obo! and 3o! often cut off their own growth and oscillate or collapse. Has anyone looked at interactions with them? They usually explode but I found a couple where two sustain one another.

All right, my list is thankfully back up and as requested now gives dates where I can. I should say I don't know how to verify many of them though. For the B34/S34 patterns in particular I've left off credit since several are mentioned in Lifeline, but Eppstein instead credits the small spaceship to Bill Gosper, 1971 and without knowing what that refers to I can't tell which might be from which.

Here's a collection of more oscillators in B2/S13. Besides replicators, this rule has boxes with walls that are invulnerable from one side, so putting any soup inside them will eventually give a billiard table or empty box. Sometimes they go for a long time though, and I thought the last one here might be of interest as a random p626.

A rule that doesn't seem to have any obvious oscillators is B4/S3, even though many similar ones do. I haven't managed to prove anything about it though. Has anyone ever looked into it?

Edit: I found a couple more periods so figured I should make a proper stamp collection out of them.

Besides stating the obvious point that all of these periods are divisible by 4, I can only observe that 8188 is close to a power of 2, maybe that is a clue about what's going on here?

It appears to be emulating some 4 state 1D rule.
Look at the even generations. The states are represented by bar going through dominos on the left or right, no bar, or 2 dots in between the dominos.
Each “meta-cell” is 3 cells long.

That just emulates W90 every tick, so all oscillators made of this should be period-(2*n).

As said these are xor oscillators, equivalent to W90 so long as the dots don't end up next to each other. But so far you're only getting some of the possible periods because you're only looking at track lengths that break evenly into dominoes (or the little hat things). Compare for example these simpler relatives in B5/S123, where it's easy enough to increase the length by one using a bumper:

There are lots of rules where these can be made to work along different sorts of tracks, although yours is nice for how well it works at the ends. A lot of the others need some kind of special blockers to keep them stable. Complete W90 emulators where the dots can be adjacent make the rule omniperiodic so I had done my best to collect examples on this thread. I don't know if there's interest in collecting the xor oscillators that only cover even periods, but there are some other examples here.
