In cases like this, it would be much better if all such snippets were merged into one single pattern collection (in this case, a collection of oscillators you would like to share). That would let the readers to view all the small oscillators at once in a single pattern, instead of forcing them to click the small RLE snippets one-by-one.

Further, in StateInvestigator it's very easy to find lots and lots of small oscillators relying on higher-numered cellstates. As far as I know, there were no systematic efforts to collect/catalogue such oscillators. The most likely reason is that there are way too many of them. Without any additional explanations (as to what makes a given oscillator "more interesting" than any other typical example), probably it would be better to avoid posting them in large quantities. Certainly it is best to avoid posting such oscillators one-by-one.
