I made a stable rule with the rule string B45/S1234 (I am not sure if this rule already exists*
I finally came up with a name for it: Rocks
It has an infinite number of still lifes. And I have not found any spaceship whatsoever.

There are no spaceships in this CA.
Every spaceship escapes its initial bounding box. [Assuming lack of birth on zero alive neighbours,] to allow patterns escaping the initial bounding box, the ruleset must necessarily include at least one of rules B1, B2, B3. However, B45/S1234 has neither of those rules, hence no pattern can escape the initial bounding box.

There are many oscillators, though (if that makes it more interesting): /census/b45s1234/C1

This rule has various actions between 3x3 blocks.
A 3x3 block is made of 8 state-2 cells and 1 state-1 cell.
It's movements depends on the position of the state 1 cell:
Still life, diagonal ship or orthogonal ship.
It looks like B1/S0 with clusters, but it is not at all.

Those devices aren't reflectors (because the output spaceship is different from the input spaceship).
They are converters (and looks like the conversion is from a less common spaceship to a more common spaceship).

Here is a stable device that can detect a passing oblique (4,3)c/11 spaceship and emit an orthogonal c/2 spaceship in response, without any permanent damage either to the device or to the oblique spaceship:

Corrected the terminology.

Your device, however, is a stable splitter, which may by definition have different types of output.

Unstable reflectors, synchronized by guns of a given period, do exist in this rule (a sequence of two inverter gates is one obvious way to construct them).

Those devices aren't reflectors (because the output spaceship is different from the input spaceship).
They are converters (and looks like the conversion is from a less common spaceship to a more common spaceship).

Here is a stable device that can detect a passing oblique (4,3)c/11 spaceship and emit an orthogonal c/2 spaceship in response, without any permanent damage either to the device or to the oblique spaceship:

Although it's not a reflector, either, because the (4,3)c/11 continues to move in the same direction.

From what I can gather, there are currently no known stable reflectors in this CA.

I have finally learned how to make INT rules.
I made this (Probably Exploding) INT and Generations Rule with the rulestring: B23c4e4/S34i2n2/G4
I don't know what to name it, but probably Ants (If that is not taken)
If ants is taken, then i would name it Moles.
