This constructs black-white reversed itself. The reason I can do this is that I designed the white and the black in this rule to be equivalent.

Limit for WB Turing-complete is 2-state vonNeumann neighborhood, as Banks-1.
Limit for SB Turing-complete is probably 2-state Moore, as Life/T-logic 2/etc.
Then WHAT IS REALLY THE LIMIT OF WB CONSTRUCTION UNIVERSAL?
Though Banks-4 is CU, nobody could engineer a replicator in Banks-4 - it is too complicated, and probably a replicator don't even exist.
There are not even a READ command!
Then I made this Bliptile extension. The same, Moore, as B-Univ(8 states) and Flow6(6 states), I did with guess how many states:
4! Not even 1 state more than WireWorld -- WireWorld is only TC, but mine, with a same complexity, is CU and replicator exists.

I think this is the limit of replicator-exist wire-based rule.
to tell the truth, this rule is explosive, but afaik there's even no 10*10 seed.

Instead of propagating in the wire, signal slides on the wire in this rule.
Similar to BliptileExtCU(a bit inspired by silversmith's "A wire-like world"), 2 signal streams are needed to construct.
Unlike BECU, this rule has universal destruction besides construction. However, there's no "read" command.
Without a wire state, signal emulates /2a/3, which allows photons to exist.
(TL;DR Fireworld2 with a higher-level mechanics and universal construction and destruction.)
