Thinking up a username (or character name) has always been a painful thing for me, so i usually make up random weird names to not accidentally collide with other names, and pick one that "looks" good.

Sometimes, when i get an especially "good" name, i tend to use it repeatedly in many places so i don't have to make up new ones. My favorite was "sizs" for a long time, until, once i played against myself on an online board game, i named my "opponent" "iddi", and that name became my new favorite, and have been using it everywhere.

About the "01" part: I once joined a very restricting forum that required usernames to be at least 6 characters long (despite most of the admins have a shorter name than that), so i added "01" to satisfy the requirement, and then "iddi01" has been used as my forum username since then.

(That forum is really restricting: the first 5 posts of a user needs moderator approval which you need to wait 2-3 days for; you can't get an avatar or many other stuff before 6 posts; you can't edit your posts after some time; some other restrictions i forgot or haven't come across)

tommy is my name that my friends call me, but wait, theres even more story behind that!

i was born as thomas, but i decided that "tommy" sounded better. and because everyone kept calling me thomas the train

anyway, awesome was a word that i always liked to use to describe something, well, awesome.

and when i was making my pixilart account, i decided to use tommyawesome

i had a history of being indecisive about usernames. joy784, 123tozi123, and theamazingaxolotl are examples of my indecisiveness.

tommyawesome was just gonna be another one of those.

but i spelled awesome wrong. as aweosme. and there it was. tommyaweosme. it came free, as no one had even thought about it before, and it also had a new word that i get to choose the meaning of!

and ever since, anything new i signed up for (including conwaylife.com) i was tommyaweosme.

but still dont call me tommyawesome. i really dont like it.
