i want to know how to make rule trees, and how the heck do you use icons in a ruletable?

One place to look is Golly's documentation, and directories "Scripts/Python/Rule-Generators" and "Rules/TreeGenerators" in the distribution.
Would be nice to have a more user-friendly / intuitive way to make rule tables and rule trees. (Could be better; could be worse.)
