You seem to be interested in Period 2 Oscillators. The first things you might consider is to concentrate on the rotors, the active part of the oscillator, as well as the casing, those bits which are needed to make the rotor work properly.

Interesting p78 partial. This is a hybrid of a p82 partial by Carson Cheng and Raucci's p74. Unlike 82, 78 is a multiple of 6, which could make removing the bi-boats easier.
