yujh discovered a 2c/4 orthogonal spaceship in B2/S345H, but I found a smaller spaceship (now it's the Glider 282).

Edit: unfortunately, I found no c/6 diagonal spaceship in 80x80 box with "RLS diagonal width" 19 in rule B256/S256H (it's true orthogonal width) after 3+ days of searching. For example, it took less than a day to find a p5 knightship using ikpx2.

  1. You need to rename hex-gliders.db.txt to hex-gliders.db.
  2. Line 4 in new-glider.py is

JMM found a period-doubled c/5 orthogonal spaceship: xq10_y12h68q4zy4kg418zy02l01zy15oiazxk2td0gzxcgog1z088p1aa1z251a8z1230k.
I decided to include this spaceship in the DB, because among all non-B0 rules only one 2c/10o spaceship is known.

  • New contributor: haukeworpel (Catagolue user). This user found a c/5 orthogonal spaceship: xq5_62s31zx3087
  • Glider 39 was a c/2 orthogonal spaceship found by AlephAlpha; I replaced it with a smaller spaceship.
  • Glider 166 and Glider 312 from older version are redundant, so I removed them.
I tried to find at least one more knightship, but I had no good luck. This is the longest partial I have right now:

Edit: It seems that the script for converting spaceships to .db format that I'm using doesn't handle S0H correctly. I'm already dealing with this problem.
