Regarding user Smurf, I would say no. Smurf is very clearly an alt account. They have four posts, one of which is calling for a sandbox thread to remain unlocked because it's in the sandbox. Also, a smurf account is typically defined as a certain type of alt account (although not typically in this context; it usually refers to alt accounts in competitive games so that they can play easier opponents).

The sandbox is for non-ca related stuff. The person was asking for it to be locked because it wasn't ca themed and had a lot of posts, even though in the sandbox, you are supposed to primarily post non-ca related stuff? Have you not been in the sandbox before? It even says it on the description. "A forum where anything goes."

And for the rest, that is actually my nickname across several platforms.
