Usually if the catagolue page is empty, your rule is not known. Surprisingly enough, the INT rulespace is so unexplored that even rules as intuitive as B2n3/S23-q were not known.

A couple of transitions is probably too much, we didn't even finish 2 yet!
Another approach is only mutate the transitions that don't make the rule unlife-y. B2in3-cky/S23-kq4i are the mutations I'm somewhat familiar with.
