EDIT: The rules where this ship's frontend work are the ONLY rules that can have (4,1)c/4 frontends. I know this because a brute-force search turned up the 1D rule for this frontend and no other rule (Unless there's a bug or something).
Edit 2: I mean in a set of 2 alternating rules. There are a lot more options if one allows themselves four alternating rules.
