Greetings:
I haven't seen this issue raised, so I may as well.
Is there some reasonable guideline/concrete limit as regards the size of a post.
This would of course include any code snippet that was companion to a description.
I have a number of large engineered mechanisms I'd like to share, but no way to host them personally. I don't want to step on anyone's toes or unduly stress the forum server(s).
Thanks in advance for your guidance.

Re: Size Limitation for Courtesy/Convention
No guidelines have really been set, just try to make your posts readable (e.g., don't post a 200Kb RLE string into the body of your post). If you want to post a particularly large code snippet or RLE, you can always save it, zip it, and attach it to your post (use the "Upload attachment" form right below the post form). Post attachments can be up to 256 Kb in size. If that size limit is too restrictive, I could probably be persuaded to increase it.
Just how large of files are we talking about here?

I'd have to look to be sure. They're resident on an alternate platform.Just how large of files are we talking about here?
Good to have round numbers, though. I'll see how they ZIP.
Thanks, Nathaniel.
