Thank you! I decided to make some durian ice cream from it. At first I thought like the two shouldn't be in the same thing, but they came together perfectly. You could taste the durian along with the sweetness from the ice cream.

It was pretty good actually. I've never had real-life durian before, but this had a very strong odor and taste, which I expected. The qualities differed, but not by too much, so getting a cheaper cultivar doesn't mean you miss out on much. You should get some and make some durian ice cream like I did.
