Is there a NoTimeAtAll circuit that...
When A and B are both present, C is output. When only A is present, B is output.

I doubt it. Why do you ask?
Re: Is there a NoTimeAtAll circuit that...
I working on a random non-notable NTAA circuit that needs to drop marbles.

Nope, I mean, when I say C is output, B is completely empty.bubblegum wrote: December 3rd, 2020, 9:29 pmHere you go:Hunting wrote: December 3rd, 2020, 9:09 pm I working on a random non-notable NTAA circuit that needs to drop marbles.Code: Select all

I recommend choosing a different rule, or finding a way to build your circuit that doesn't require this kind of manipulation.Hunting wrote: December 3rd, 2020, 9:09 pm I working on a random non-notable NTAA circuit that needs to drop marbles.
Re: Is there a NoTimeAtAll circuit that...
Hm, maybe you should find a rule which doesn't have the concept of false signals, because NTAA's entire concept of not giving an output is giving False, due to the nonexistence of timing.Hunting wrote: December 3rd, 2020, 9:31 pm Nope, I mean, when I say C is output, B is completely empty.

Re: Is there a NoTimeAtAll circuit that...
That's why NTAA is confusing - it is both without timing and very timing. There's block/free anyway, so not really.bubblegum wrote: December 4th, 2020, 12:56 amHm, maybe you should find a rule which doesn't have the concept of false signals, because NTAA's entire concept of not giving an output is giving False, due to the nonexistence of timing.Hunting wrote: December 3rd, 2020, 9:31 pm Nope, I mean, when I say C is output, B is completely empty.

If you're trying to find a way to make a wire pass signals in both directions, I recommend finding another way to make your circuitry work. I once tried to do the same thing for a special type of adder, but eventually, I found another method that allowed me to accomplish the same goal.
I am tentatively considering myself back.

How do you make serial gates? I mean take A, B, A, B, A, B... as input.MathAndCode wrote: December 4th, 2020, 1:21 am If you're trying to find a way to make a wire pass signals in both directions, I recommend finding another way to make your circuitry work. I need to know the broader intention of your circuit. There is no general workaround for two-way wires.Hunting wrote: December 4th, 2020, 1:45 amHow do you make serial gates? I mean take A, B, A, B, A, B... as input.

How does serial gates involve two-way wires? My two-way wires is intended to be a workaround for serial gates.MathAndCode wrote: December 4th, 2020, 1:04 pmI need to know the broader intention of your circuit. Also, many conduity methuselahs you mentioned were mentioned (and supposedly thoroughly searched by Guam) in CollisionsSearch as one of its defaults as well, for example, the two-blinker thing.

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by serial gates. If you mean serial as in transmitting the bits one at a time, here's something that might help.Hunting wrote: December 5th, 2020, 11:40 pmHow does serial gates involve two-way wires?
