My number is larger [GAME]

Post by Moosey »

Yea

You know the rules: don't cheese by +1ing or similar from other people's stuff once we get to big stuff; that is, no trivial/naive extensions

Computable functions only (sorry test)

Discussion is allowed; try to post a larger number that the numbers posted previously

No absolutely massive jumps please (you know who you are)

Finite nonnegative integers only.

I'll start: 0

(A similar competition was held on the eggscaked forums)

feel free to develop your own large number notation over multiple posts totally not gonna try to extend ASEN

no notations that aren't yours past up-arrows

Sorry, but 2↑↑↑2 (4) is less than 2^2^2^2^2 (2.003e+19728). Try another number.
B2n3-jn/S1c23-y is an interesting rule. It has a replicator, a fake glider, an OMOS and SMOS, a wide variety of oscillators, and some signals. Also this rule is omniperiodic.

What does 2↑↑↑2 mean? Where can I find an online calculator to calculate googology numbers?

I seems to understand it now. Thanks for the link.

Arrow notation is a generalization of exponentation. a↑b is standard exponentation. a↑↑b is a number "exponent" itself b times, just like exponentation is a number multiplied itself b times. a↑↑↑b is a number ↑↑ itself b times.
