This is by far the easiest of your projects. Light behaves very predictably and doesn't even interact with itself. I think you should stop making so many threads and so you can focus more on the ones you have already.

Well, I remember that this one game called "The Sandbox" had optics as part of it, and we could study those to create our own Optics CA (Since The Sandbox is basically a planar grid which you can put elements on.)
