I think that is the letter you said.
Should I use Latin alphabet when asking about my letters? You could have easier time recognizing.

Latin is better, though IPA is preferred. There are lists of symbols on the internet, you can just copy and paste from those:

I doubt we ae done with orthography. We need consensus. Please make a list of letter or letter groups that we haven't agreed upon and their proposed IPA equivalent. These are those sounds:
a = /ɐ/
c = /t̠ʃ/
e = /ɛ/
i = /ɪ/
j = /ʒ/ or /d̠ʒ/ (one of the two, doesn't matter for me)
u = /u/
sh = /ʃ/
zh = /ʒ/ or /d̠ʒ/ (again one of the two, doesn't matter for me)
au = /au/

There is definitely no ch, or x. Maybe no th(/θ/) or w. J and zh should have different sounds.

Edit: I will make a summary later today.

I don't think eu should be a diphthong. The sound you associated it with doesn't seem right either. Also, if j is /j/, what use does y have? I don't know why you mentioned d, that seems like a very straightforward sound. Sorry if I sound mean.

Because the language is wierd. You are saying if c is /k/ what use does k have?

Or maybe

d = /dr/.

Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. Either they should have different sounds or have the same sound in different well-defined contexts. Why should d be /dr/?

A=/a/
E=/e/
Au=/au/
Zh=/ʒ/
J = absent
Y=/j/
Sh=/ʂ/
U=/u/
I=/i/
Ch=Č or Ч(check its sound yourself,I cannot now)
C=/ts/
No diphthongs.
I wanted like this.
This is a big argument now.

J should be /dʒ/. Sh should be /ʃ/ not /ʂ/. I can't hear the difference between them myself but /ʃ/ is the sh used in English, like ship or delicious.
Isn't au a diphthong? Can we come to a compromise? I can be /i/, e can be /e/, but a is /ɐ/. We should ask others on the sound that c and ch make.

I'm new to this conlang thing, I just assign random sounds to random letters. I can learn.

If you guys keep arguing, c will be /kx/, as in "cab". Or do we want hard and soft c?

/ʃ/sounds weak and could give the language sound I don't want./ʂ/ is better.
I can't imagine a language without /a/. English has it in diphthongs. Solution?

Am I right that you are talking about open front unrounded vowel, and not open back unrounded vowel? If so, ah would do the work.

Edit: /ʂ/ is okay, I can't hear the difference anyway.

I don't get why should C be /ts/. It is /t̻͡s̪/ in Chinese though.

If so, then I purpose ah (or aa) should be /ɑ/ as in Chinese ang.
