Dear All,

I am trying to revive the rule of StateInvestigator, which most of you remembered only had three states when I first invented it. It now has more states, and I hope this can help you bring this rule back to life. If anyone is wondering, the information of this rule is in this page:

I hope at least a few people would like it and "investigate" it.
