Re: Blogic (B3-ekqr4jz5cy6n/S2-in3-cekq4aw5-ce) and its rulespace

This rule seems awfully familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. It isn't MirrorLife, or GliderGlut, but I've definitely seen that splitter and the Q.
Edit: I think it was a rule by dani. I've also seen that block eating reaction before.

Re: From an Iranian Carpet to a Cellular Automaton: Meet Toranj (ICM: Iranian Carpet Medallion)

Rules posted by hotdogPi do indeed seem to match the evolution in the video, with the exception of the bottom-right corner, which in the video pulsates constantly. This shouldn't be possible if every pattern moves to top-left, so it must be a hardcoded "spawner" of sorts? Unless it's a diagonal ...

Interesting -- though it'd be better if you'd zoomed in closer so we can actually discern the individual cells properly, and even better if you just put the RLE in tags so we can all view them.

By the way, who is "your team"?

I think this sort of thread fits better in the sandbox.

It's very large and the parts aren't even all connected, so I don't think it needs a name. It can be broken down into smaller, basic parts, however.
