In my opinion, there is inconsistency between the stated goal "get people to post on this topic" and asking people to not do specific kinds of searches they might be legitimately interested in doing. Can you explicitly clarify who is the discoverer of this p45 oscillator? As far as I know, the "Tanner's" oscillator is Tanner's p46 and there is/was no oscillator named "Tanner's p45", so at least it is unclear what "the previous one" refers to.

Tangential note from a curious reader: as far as I know, the acronym "GPSE" usually refers to the glider-producing switch engine specifically (rather than to arbitrary switch engine based glider-emitting puffers).
