Bad news: The program (a custom branch of LLSSS made by gchromodynamics) f**ked up and didn't give me the solution. So now I have a save file, which has the solution (encoded in some incomprehensible form), just sitting on my computer until gchromodynamics wakes ...

Anyway, amling's search got up to gen 02 pop 59, but then hit gen 02 pop 60 and died. So, amling did gen 00 and gen 01 up to gen 59, and found that the c/3o spaceships below, and the 54-cell one, are the only c/3o spaceships with up to 59 cells.


Hmm, I wonder how far I could get on the c/3d ...

2. Have any tagalong searches been attempted? If not, what software would be best for that?

I should really figure out how to install other OCA software... JLS doesn't work for INT space, so it's really hard to do oscillator searches

I'm trying to run apgsearch 5.43 on an M4 Mac. It works fine, except that when I attempt to run a search with --profile, the compile fails. Here's the command I'm using:

./apgluxe -k [Removed] --rule b3s23-a5 --symmetry D4_+1 -n 10000000 -p 13

This works fine. However, when I do this ...
