Good news: My 3c/7 search completed!
Bad news: The program (a custom branch of LLSSS made by gchromodynamics) f**ked up and didn't give me the solution. So now I have a save file, which has the solution (encoded in some incomprehensible form), just sitting on my computer until gchromodynamics wakes ...

Re: Travelling Ts(b3s23-a5) and its variants
Anyway, amling's search got up to gen 02 pop 59, but then hit gen 02 pop 60 and died. So, amling did gen 00 and gen 01 up to gen 59, and found that the c/3o spaceships below, and the 54-cell one, are the only c/3o spaceships with up to 59 cells.
Hmm, I wonder how far I could get on the c/3d ...

1. Yes, but unsuccessfully. Done by ThePlayzr, who (no offence, just like me) doesn't seem very experienced in synthesizing.
2. The 3c/8o makes searches immediately become extremely slow , according to a chat I had with ThePlayzr about it in PMs. That was qfind though, and another search program ...

Re: Travelling Ts(b3s23-a5) and its variants
I should really figure out how to install other OCA software... JLS doesn't work for INT space, so it's really hard to do oscillator searches
LLS and jls-to-lls.py exist for a reason.

Rumsfeld space
Suppose we have a three-dimensional space. Starting at the origin, we label the X axis as “Depth”, the Y axis as “Metaknowledge”, and the Z axis as “Accessibility”. A point in this space represents the Rumsfeld coordinates of a problem.

I will try to avoid writing a thousand word philosophy essay about my cynicism and summarize it to: I am extremely pessimistic about anything LLMs produce that cannot be strictly and excruciatingly verified, independently. Missing:
3c/7 - Needs at least width 14 odd. I tried a search last night, and it became incredibly slow since it took up >50GB including swap.

I have a fairly bonkers idea: I'm gonna grab the html of all the threads about LLSSS that I can find (mainly this and the other one) as well as the LLSSS codebase and train an LLM on them, not to modify the code or anything, but rather to make a program that produces more efficient LLSSS command ...

The major obstacle is that the pi is very sensitive to asymmetric disturbance.
Even if it's very sensitive, that doesn't mean its imposible; Observe:
